Carey, a Hendersonville native, joined our team in 2020. She originally started with us as a CNA before transitioning over to admin/scheduling and is now the office manager for the Hendersonville location. Her love for nature and the outdoors occupies most of her free time, whether its hiking, camping or traveling. She is never alone on her adventures as she always has her best fur pal with her, Bentley.
Christine, originally from NJ, moved to the Charlotte area nearly 18 years ago. This is where she met her husband and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science from UNCC. With over 12 years in management and 6 years in working with the senior population she joined our team in 2021. Christine, her husband and 3 dogs live in the Stanley area where they enjoy the smaller town feel that can be obtained around the outskirts of Charlotte.
Raised in the mountains of North Carolina, Tailored Home Care’s owner Emily has always been passionate about caring for others. She earned her Undergraduate degree from the University of Wilmington and her Nursing degree from Carolinas College of Health Sciences. With over a decade of experience in home care and hospital settings, she saw that sometimes patients were not shown the personalized and trustworthy care they badly needed. This inspired her to create a more comprehensive, customized and compassionate approach with Tailored Home Care, Inc. Emily knows that a truly successful care experience starts with a thorough evaluation of the client’s needs and expert matching of the caregiver with the client. Emily is passionate about guiding families through the engagement process without compromising their loved one’s independence or comfort. She also knows that caregivers must be hand selected and specially trained to truly deliver to her standards. Emily and her team go to great lengths to ensure that every client is fully satisfied with their Tailored Home Care experience. Emily, her partner Joe and their two dogs live in the Charlotte area.
Allison, born and raised in the Hendersonville area joined our team in 2023. After working as a CNA II for almost two decades specializing in end of life care came over to us with fresh perspective and increased our on the ground efforts to ensure all caregivers are set up for success from day one. Allison, her husband, son and their dog tucker live in the Gastonia area.
